Shipping & Delivery Policy
How industrial machinery orders are packed, shipped and delivered.
Lead times
Industrial machinery is manufactured or configured to order. Lead time is confirmed on the written quotation and order confirmation and begins once the specification is approved and any agreed deposit is received.
Packing
Equipment is protected, secured and crated or palletised as appropriate for the transport method and destination, including export packing where required.
Freight and incoterms
Freight costs, carrier selection and delivery terms (incoterms) are agreed per order and stated on the quotation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude freight, insurance, duties and import clearance.
Delivery site requirements
The customer is responsible for providing suitable access, offloading equipment, qualified personnel and a prepared location at the delivery address. Additional costs caused by inadequate access or offloading delays may be invoiced.
Inspection on arrival
Please inspect shipments on arrival. Visible damage or shortages must be noted on the carrier's delivery documentation and reported to us in writing within 5 business days of delivery so a claim can be raised.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, supplier shortages or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and work to minimise impact.
International shipments
For shipments outside the United States, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance unless the agreed delivery terms state otherwise.
