Quotations and orders
Prices shown on this website are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Requests submitted through the website are order requests only. A contract is formed when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it. Payment is not taken through this website.
Pricing, taxes and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, freight, installation and commissioning. Payment terms, deposits and milestones are stated on the quotation or invoice.
Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes in accordance with the agreed delivery terms stated on the order confirmation. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy applies.
Installation and customer responsibilities
Unless included in the agreed scope, the customer is responsible for site preparation, utilities, access, lifting arrangements and compliance with local installation requirements.
Warranty
Equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the order confirmation. The warranty excludes wear parts, consumables, damage from misuse, improper installation by others, unauthorised modification, and failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.
Intellectual property
Drawings, designs, documentation and website content remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit.
Compliance and certification
